Black cod
Anti-inflammatory. Black cod, also known as sablefish, is rich in omega-3 fatty acids similar to wild salmon. Diets rich in omega-3s lower inflammation, which may offer a host of health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis. Research also indicates that there may be a link between high omega-3 intake and lower incidence of neurologic disorders, including psychiatric conditions.
