The "CEO of Your LifeStyle" retreat took place at the Civana Wellness Resort, in Carefree, Arizona January 18th & 19th, for a 2 day workshop of nourishment, wellness and self-care.
Our days were filled with a mix of nutritional seminars, cooking demos, yoga, tai chi, art exploration, spa experiences and fine dining.
